Our Soy-full Heart Tortillas are made with Solae® brand soy protein. Soy protein has a cholesterol-lowering effect. Soy is known to be good for the heart because it is high in protein, fiber, heart-healthy fats, and micronutrients. It is also low in saturated fats and is free of cholesterol.
