Ingredients


4 Tumaro’s Multi Grain Wraps

4 eggs

1 can refried beans

½ cup salsa

1 avocado, diced

Cotija cheese

Directions


  1. Preheat air fryer to 350F.
  2. Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Place tortillas in 6 of the muffin tin cavities, folding the edges to make a bowl shape. If your air fryer is not big enough for a muffin tin, just use your oven!
  3. Air fry for 7-10 minutes (start checking at 7) until crispy and the bowl holds its shape.
  4. Meanwhile, fry eggs to desired doneness and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove tortilla bowls from muffin tin. Spread refried beans on the bottom of the bowl, followed by the egg, salsa, avocado slices and cotija cheese.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
