Preheat oven to 425°F. On a large baking sheet, toss chickpeas with oil, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Roast, stirring halfway through, until crispy and golden, about 20–25 minutes. Let cool slightly.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine tuna, celery, green onions, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and the remaining ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Stir until well combined.
Lay the Tumaro’s Premium White Carb Wise Wraps on a clean countertop. Place two butter lettuce leaves on each wrap, then divide the tuna salad evenly between wraps. Top with roasted chickpeas for crunch.
If desired, fold the sides of the wrap inward, then fold the bottom over the filling and roll tightly to seal. Cut in half and serve.
